As we approached the completion of our contract renewal, First Bank wanted to make sure we were getting the best value and terms negotiated. We opted to hire Pentas as a third party to review the proposal and provide us with necessary guidance and direction during the negotiation process. We were pleasantly surprised at how much value they were able to bring to us and we continue to use them for new product proposal validation as well as direction on newer technologies.
