We engaged The Pentas Group to help us migrate from our current in-house environment to a service bureau, using the same Core solution. They were able to assist us in negotiating the contract terms, pricing on our existing products and additionally negotiate new products into our agreement, the result was better than we had expected and we can now focus more on our business and less on technology expertise and the challenges they present.
