We reached out to Pentas to help us validate a proposal we received from our service provider. We were pleasantly surprised at the outcome and how much value Pentas was able to gain on our behalf. Subsequently, when we were merging with another bank, we engaged Pentas again to assist us with the evaluation of exit fees and vendor negotiations for the combined entity. We were very pleased with the results.
