We are an in-house processed bank that was contemplating an outsourced solution. We did not want to change everything at once so we engaged The Pentas Group to help us create a hybrid processing environment, keeping some applications in house and outsourcing others. The result was favorable from a pricing and efficiency standpoint. Our next phase will be to determine other efficiencies that can be derived with other solutions.
